Cyrille F. Buhrman
Group Chairman
Mr. Cyrille F. Buhrman joined the family business, Pacific Healthcare, in 1998 and eventually acquired the business in 2005. He successfully led the company into new business areas, including consumer health. He also successfully restructured the company and helped to establish strong foundations for sustainable and long-term growth.
He was a member of the Board of Directors at Canyon Pharmaceuticals from 2006-2010, as well as Soligenix Inc. from 2007-2010. With his international experience from the USA and Switzerland, he helped to make Pacific Healthcare a successful international brand within the healthcare industry, focusing on South East Asia and other developing markets around the world. He has brought together a strong leadership team with a proven track record.
Mr. Cyrille Buhrman attended Franklin University in Switzerland, where he studied history and political science, as well as economics and literature. He is a proud member of the Thailand Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Patrik Bruhlmann

Patrik Bruhlmann
Group CEO
Mr. Patrik Bruhlmann brings a wealth of senior leadership experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, having held multiple Board and Chief Executive Officer roles in organizations with workforces of up to 3,000 employees.
Patrik joined the Group as Group CEO after spending five years in Australia, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Vesture Limited, the second-largest property services provider in Australia.
Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning both retail and wholesale operations. From 1997 to 2010, he served as CEO at Zuellig Pharma in several markets, including Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and Asia.
Patrik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL Business School), Switzerland. He is also a graduate of two leading international business schools, having completed the Executive Program at INSEAD and earned an MBA from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Jessie Tang brings with her for 33 years‘ experience from conglomerate business, financial services, and pharmaceutical distribution. With 25 years at Zuellig Pharma and played in numbers of senior management roles across the organization, she owned numbers of proven track records of achievement particularly in growing sales revenue from RM500 million to RM3.5 billion while being Chief Executive, Malaysia. She leaved her legacy at Zuellig Pharma with the final position of SVP, Executive Coaching.
She has a solid background with extensive experiences in financial and accounting, information technology, and client management. With her expertise and business acumen, she will strategically advise and assist Pacific Healthcare creating a dynamic path to build sustainable growth.

He is CEO of ROCG Asia Pacific with a career spanning over twenty years of providing advice to businesses around the globe. David has worked with clients ranging from start-ups to listed businesses across a wide range of industries and locations with activities from acquisition, strategy, growth, cash flow and general business advisory.
With such expansive expertise, skills and qualifications, David’s strengths in financial and strategic management will assist in the achievement of new levels of business and shareholder value growth.

With years of practice experience in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, Warren is highly regarded for his advice both to foreign clients on challenging inbound investments and to domestic clients on their most complex business decisions.
Mr. Waranon has worked with many prestigious law firms and a wide range of colleagues and clients, in Bangkok and other major cities.

Ms. Audrey Schweitzer brings to the Board over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of leading multi-country operations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She has held senior executive roles at Ipsen, including General Manager positions in South Korea and Brazil, with full P&L responsibility, where she led business transformation and turnaround initiatives in highly regulated environments, particularly in oncology, rare diseases, and specialty care. She also brings experience in developing partnership-driven healthcare models in reproductive health. She combines deep expertise in commercial strategy, market access, and organisational leadership, with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural contexts. With her extensive international experience and proven leadership, Ms. Schweitzer’s strengths support sustainable business performance and long-term value creation.

Pichitchai Jakpaisan (PJ) joined Pacific Healthcare Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2021. With over 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer sectors, he brings a strong combination of financial, commercial, and operational expertise.
PJ began his career in finance and held senior leadership roles at Pfizer, where he led finance operations across Thailand and Indochina before moving into commercial leadership as Government and Private Business Director. He later served as General Manager for Upjohn Thailand, successfully establishing the organization and driving growth in the NCD segment.
At Pacific Healthcare, PJ is responsible for overall operations and strategic direction, with oversight of the commercial organization, including sales and marketing for pharmaceutical and medical device businesses. He focuses on driving organizational transformation, accelerating business growth, and building high-performance teams. He is recognized for his ability to revitalize organizations, deliver sustainable growth, and achieve operational excellence.

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Healthcare, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) recognized for his ability to transform complex financial data into actionable corporate strategy.
Throughout his career, which includes pivotal leadership roles at Thai Union Group, Minor Food Group, Eli Lilly, and PwC Thailand, Mr. Sermsak has cultivated a leadership style defined by strategic collaboration and transparent governance. As a CFO, he operates as a high-level business partner, moving beyond traditional controllership to foster a culture of fiscal accountability and cross-functional alignment.
He holds a Master of Management from Mahidol University and a Bachelor of Business Accounting from Assumption University, blending academic excellence with a lifetime of high-stakes operational experience.

Jenpakorn Veerachayapornpong serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing (Consumer Healthcare), at Pacific Healthcare. He has built hands‑on experience in Thailand’s pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare market, with a strong focus on developing consumer health businesses. He leads commercial strategy and execution across ethical, OTC, hospital, modern trade, traditional trade, and digital channels. From 2015 to 2022, Jenpakorn also served as Vice President, People & Culture, supporting organizational development, leadership capability building, and talent initiatives alongside business growth.
Jenpakorn works closely with international principals and partners, translating brand strategies into sustainable local growth. His expertise spans consumer healthcare, nutrition, probiotics, and wellness categories, with a strong focus on channel profitability, lifecycle management, and data‑driven decision making.
He holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing Management from Siam University and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and the National University of Singapore.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors—including Novartis, Sandoz, MSD, and Abbott—she has a proven track record in building inclusive, high‑performing organizations.
Her expertise spans leadership and talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and responsible workforce practices within highly regulated healthcare environments. Vanida actively integrates ESG and sustainability principles into people strategy, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, employee well‑being, ethical leadership, and long‑term capability building.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Thammasat University. She also completed Intermediate and Advanced Mandarin (Honors) from Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College.

With over two decades of experience spanning banking and the pharmaceutical sector, she combines strong financial acumen with deep operational expertise.
Prior to joining Pacific Healthcare in 2015, she held key roles in corporate and project lending, debt restructuring, financial analysis, investor relations, credit & accounts receivable management across leading financial institutions and multinational organizations.
She joined the company to lead Order-to-Cash transformation, driving DSO improvement and operational efficiency across Thailand and regional businesses. She has since played a key role in supply chain optimization, cross-border operations, and end-to-end process transformation initiatives, and is recognized for her data-driven approach and commitment to sustainable business growth.

Neil has successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and generate measurable business value.

His career spans regulated healthcare operations, pharma supply chains, and manufacturing services, where he has driven secure digital transformation, operational resilience, and risk‑based technology decisions.
Daniel previously served seven years as Chief Information Officer at Pacific Healthcare Group, leading multi‑country IT platforms and business technology initiatives supporting commercial, regulatory, and supply‑chain operations. Since January 2026, he has focused on cybersecurity strategy, governance, regulatory alignment, crisis readiness, and third‑party risk management across Pacific Healthcare Group and Eurodrug Laboratories.
